At DIKW, the power in of our organisation is in the hands of the consultants. Empowerment is a key concept within DIKW. If management acivities, also called facilitating activities, are necessary, the consultants will hire people to facilitate and represent them. The only people on the payroll are consultants; all other facilitating personell will be hired on contract basis.
The mission of DIKW Consulting is to be known as the best Intelligence Consultancy in Europe!
This inverse business model is synonymous with the Baobab tree. In Africa a story is told by an ancient tribe, in this story the tree is presumed to be planted upside down, with the roots on top and the leaves in the ground. For this tribe the Baobab tree stands for wisdom, which we at DIKW also strive for.
