At DIKW, the power in of our organisation is in the hands of the consultants. Empowerment is a key concept within DIKW. If management acivities, also called facilitating activities, are necessary, the consultants will hire people to facilitate and represent them. The only people on the payroll are consultants; all other facilitating personell will be hired on contract basis.
