Within DIKW the power in the organisation is in the hands of the consultants. Empowerment is a key concept within DIKW. If management acivities, also called facilitating activities, are necessary, the consultants will hire people to facilitate and represent them. The only employees are consultants, all other facilitating personell will be hired on contract basis.
