Michael is a motivator in the DIKW organisation, he really knows how to stimulate his colleages in building up knowledge. His drive and pragmatism are representative for the DIKW organisation. His knowledge is mainly focussed on business intelligence and the organisational aspects of information management. Michael acts mostly as the intermediair between IT- and business departments.
